    • Retention: As set by Cloudflare (typically 30 days for __cf_bm)

3. What we do not collect

  • We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or any third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking technology.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We do not profile visitors for advertising.

5. International transfer of personal information

The website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. The publisher entity is LinkDaddy LLC, a US entity registered in Florida. Personal information submitted via this site (such as contact form messages) is processed in the United States. The United States is a recognised jurisdiction for adequate protection under POPIA Section 72(2)(a) when the responsible party has appropriate contractual safeguards in place. LinkDaddy LLC has implemented standard contractual clauses with all data sub-processors.

  • Right to correction or deletion (Section 24)
  • Right to object to processing (Section 11(3))
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator

We respond within 30 calendar days as required by POPIA Section 23(2).
